          Mix 1 level scoop into at least 8 oz of cold water, or your favorite beverage. Best taken with food. Take 1 scoop daily for the first 3 days. Then, increase to 2 scoops daily — 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening — or as directed by your healthcare provider.

          If you’re new to supplements or have a sensitive stomach, start with half a scoop daily for 3 days. Increase gradually to 1 scoop, then 1.5 scoops, and finally 2 scoops daily when you’re ready.
